Sometimes in life, ‘finding space’ is a choice that we make. At others, circumstance forces this process upon us. Four years ago, University of Bristol Alumnus, Rob Camm, was involved in a car accident that left him paralysed from the neck down and dependent on a ventilator to breathe. At TEDxUniveristyofBristol 2018, Rob will be sharing the story of how his relationship with space changed during the recovery process that followed his dramatic change in life. For many of us ‘how we are’ in space is a question that we will seldom consider. This talk is a lesson in appreciation, and a call to make use of the space that you have. To really realise our relationship with space, and to never take it for granted.
